“Business is all about generating raving fans. If you can’t do that, don’t be surprised when customers start abandoning cart” – Sara Blakely
Direct mail is one of the oldest channels between consumers and brands. In a digital world where attention is scarce, forming offline connections doesn’t just grab attention, it leaves an impression.
According to the DMA, direct mail has a 70% response rate. So why don’t more people use this channel? Because it’s time consuming and requires a lot of effort to get right. Remove the manual load of direct mail and gifting by automating the entire process with Salence.
“When something is important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor.“
“Good management is the art of making problems so interesting and their solutions so constructive”
“My motivation for all my companies has been to be involved in something that I thought would have a significant impact on people.“
“People should pursue what they’re passionate about. That will make them happier than pretty much anything else.”
We’re an agile team of Visionaries, Operators and Socialites (work hard, play hard!)
When we first started we were a platform that went by the name of ‘Quiklist’ – there, we found much success in helping businesses find their prospects online.
However we realized that what our customers truly wanted was a way to reach their prospects, not just send another email. It was at that point that we started speaking with our customers and interviewing them about the problems which they really faced. We had many different ideas and at least 7 iterations of the current platform. We kept going, we kept building, we were relentless.
Reasoning from first principles, it was clear to us that the acceleration of change brought about by the events of 2020 transformed the dynamic between almost every brand and its audience. We firmly believe that in this new era, brands that create experiential, in-person moments with their audience, will take the pie and increase revenue.
